The Heavenly Retreat is located less than a mile from the Heavenly Resorts Cal Base Lodge this 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home features over 2,300 sq. ft of living space, ideal for family gatherings, days on the lake or the mountain. The main level features easy access (just a few stairs to the front door) to the great room. The open living area and kitchen invite everyone to gather, cook a great meal, relax in front of the fireplace, or BBQ on the deck. The main level includes the primary bedroom with private bath, and the second bedroom. There is a full bath off the hallway.
The lower level includes a large game room with pool table, comfortable seating in front of the TV and 2 additional bedrooms, full bath and laundry. The hot tub is located off the lower level and is the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring Tahoe, skiing, boarding hiking or biking.

The home is located on a quiet cul se sac just down the road from Heavenly, it is an easy drive to the Lake, shopping, dining or just exploring Lake Tahoe.

The dining room table has room for all and the kitchen with stainless appliances, gas cooktop is very well equipped for cooking a feast!

The garage is accessible, vehicle limit is 4 cars, they must fit in the garage and the driveway, no street or dirt parking allowed.

Permit #334061 Per the City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation rental ordinance there is a noise aware decibel monitor in the house, it does not hear or record conversations just noise level. There is a camera on the driveway.
Guest of Record must be 25 years of age.
Occupancy 8, you are allowed to bring up to 5 children 13 years of age or younger.
