A private, secure swimming pool (11m x 7m) is available (with a barrier, but this can never replace parental or guardian supervision). The property is fenced and private, with parking for several vehicles.
Ground floor: Large living/dining room, separate fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom (double vanity, no shower). Fully equipped: Swimming pool, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, extractor hood, ceramic hob, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, built-in barbecue, patio furniture...
Upstairs (secure spiral staircase): 3 bedrooms overlooking the grounds and pool (2 bedrooms: 160x220cm beds + 1 bedroom: 2 twin 90x190cm beds), mosquito nets and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Large bathroom (shower cubicle) / separate WC.
Outside: Equipped summer kitchen (built-in barbecue), garden table near the pool for al fresco dining.
For nature lovers seeking peace and quiet, hiking or cycling, the beach is a 25-minute walk, 5 minutes by car, and 8 minutes by bike.
For children, a water park (Aquajet) is located just before the beach access.
