The ground floor is centered around a stunning 70 m² open-plan living space that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and lounge. Large windows flood the space with natural light throughout the day, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, while the comfortable living area provides the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. Underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the house ensure comfort in every season.
A private home gym is also located on the ground floor, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routine during their stay. The gym is equipped with dumbbells, a rowing machine, resistance bands, a pull-up bar, a workout bench, yoga mats, and additional exercise equipment.
Upstairs, the home offers three comfortable bedrooms designed for restful nights. The primary bedroom features a King Size bed (180 x 200 cm) and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also includes a King Size bed (180 x 200 cm) and enjoys access to a shared bathroom. The third bedroom is more compact and features a versatile trundle bed that can be arranged as two single beds or combined to create a King Size bed, making it suitable for children, friends, or couples.
Outside, guests can enjoy a charming private garden filled with greenery. Two outdoor tables provide inviting spaces for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or simply relaxing in the fresh air. Part of the garden area also serves as a private parking space for one vehicle, a valuable convenience in central Madrid.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property and can enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay. Occasionally, the gardener or housekeeper may need access to the outdoor areas for maintenance, particularly during the summer months when the plants require regular watering. Guests will always be notified in advance.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. In certain cases, additional guests may be accepted upon request, particularly for families. The nightly rate includes up to two guests, with an additional charge of €100 per person for extra guests. Children under 2 years old stay free of charge, and a travel crib, high chair, and bedside bassinet can be provided upon request.
The property is rented under a temporary rental agreement for stays ranging from 2 to 364 nights, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act.
