Relax in this new luxurious 3 bed/ 2 bath family home with saltwater pool and spa. Sunshine Villa is located short drive from the North Port Aquatic Center, 30 minutes to multiple beaches, 8-10 minutes to Warm Mineral Springs and multiple restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. Temp for house thermostat is controlled by us. We have left range for temp from 70-78 if desired otherwise please message us.
Pool and spa heat is extra surcharge of 35 per day. Usual spa time in 5:30-10 pm
Message if pool/spa heat desired and we will set up schedule. Everything is controlled remotely
We provide 4 Smart TVs for your convenience to have access to streaming services using your personal login. No cable service provided.
Master Bedroom: King Bed with attached bath, 55 inch smart tv. pack n play
Master Bath: toiletries are provided shampoo, body wash, conditioner,
2nd Bedroom : queen bed, 48 inch tv, highchair in closet
3rd Bedroom : 2 twin beds, 48 inch smart tv.
2nd Bath: toiletries are provided : shampoo, conditioner, body wash
Outdoor Space:
Dinning table for 6 people, sectional for relaxation and 2 sunbathing chairs. pool/beach towels are also provided 1 per person.
POOL/SPA
Heated Pool and/or Spa can be requested at additional charge. Please let us know if interested in adding this service to your reservation at least 24 hours before your checkin. Bill needs to be paid before checkin.
we provide pool alarms if desired please let us know, but we do not provide pool gates . Please stay safe and aware.
We will consider pets , our pet fee is 150 with up to 2 pets. Please message and inform us with what kind of pet you are bringing.
Sunshine Villa has a routine pest control provider, but with warm year round Florida weather we ask for front door to be closed at all times. We cannot guarantee complete elimination with all insects.
We have weekly pool maintenance service happening on Tuesday please do not lock lenai doors
