About this apartment rental

Property renovations are currently underway at Kings Crown. Please find the details and expected timelines for our current summer projects below. Please note that work schedules are subject to change weather permitting. 

  - Concrete Restoration: Building work is currently in progress as a result of our SIRS study. This work is expected to be completed by July. During this time, please expect noise, dust, and workers on site. This project affects all buildings, with schedules changing weekly.
   - Elevator Maintenance: Elevators will be worked on between June and July. Expect intermittent outages during this period. Please note that Building 1 has two elevators, so access will be maintained at all times.
  - Tennis and Pickleball Courts: These are scheduled for completion in 2027.
  - Additional Projects: Other smaller projects are scheduled, but currently waiting on permits and confirmed start dates. 

**Pool and Rentals: The pool is now open, and Kings Crown is currently accepting weekly rentals through November 2026.

No detail was overlooked in this complete renovation — warm wood tones, brushed brass accents, designer light fixtures, custom millwork, and curated furnishings create an interior that feels more boutique hotel than beach rental. The light wood flooring runs throughout, tying every room together in a cohesive, elevated aesthetic.

The spacious open-plan living and dining area is anchored by a custom built-in entertainment wall with shelving, cabinetry, and a large flat-screen TV. A dramatic oversized ceiling fan crowns the room, and the seating is generous — two white sofas, accent chairs, and ottomans give everyone a place to land after a long beach day. Step through to the glassed-in lanai, where comfortable seating faces unobstructed Gulf views. This is the spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and watching the sun drop into the water.

The adjacent dining area seats six at a round wood table — intimate enough for a family dinner, stylish enough to feel special.

The primary suite is a true retreat, furnished with a king bed in a rattan-framed platform frame with under-storage drawers, matching nightstands, soft linen bedding, and a view of palm trees through plantation-shuttered windows. The en suite bath is a showstopper — walnut arched mirror, marble countertop vanity, brass fixtures throughout, shiplap accent wall, glass-enclosed tub and shower combination, and warm sconce lighting that makes the space feel like a high-end spa.

The second bedroom features a queen bed with warm wood tones, a leather accent chair, a work desk, and partial Gulf glimpses through the window. The third bedroom is outfitted with two twins dressed in a crisp coastal navy-and-white scheme with layered bedding, framed art, and a shared nightstand with mirror — ideal for kids or a second pair of guests traveling together.
