Amenities include: High speed cable internet, several smart TVs, all high-end stainless appliances, steam shower in main floor primary shower, heated pool (in season) hot tub (year round), wood-burning fireplace, AC throughout, outdoor sun/deck/patio with seating, poolside seating and sun umbrellas, outdoor propane grill, huge lawn and views of Catamount. All linens are included. Pets are considered. A signed lease agreement is required for every reservation.

* Primary with King bed, walk in closet, large Smart TV, French doors to the sun terrace and vas views. Windows have blackout shades or allow the full sunny views to shine in - guest's choice! Primary has ensuite full bathroom with steam shower, soaking tub, double sinks and storage.

* Guest bath with tub/shower is shared by guest room #2 and #3

Outside: The sun terrace follows the full length of the back of the house and has comfortable outdoor seating, propane grill, sun umbrellas. The heated pool is available in season - also with outdoor seating and shade umbrellas. The hot tub is available year round! Big vast Berkshire views go for miles, Views of Catamount easily seen from the house. Large run-around lawn so kiddos (of all ages) can get the wiggles out.
