Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed and tree-lined garden, ideal for relaxing after a day of discovering the island. Its 12 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a plancha, will be perfect for sharing your meals outdoors or enjoying beautiful summer evenings. Private access to the heated communal swimming pool (open from 12 April to 2 November) at the Thalacap centre, just a few steps from the house, is reserved for you.
Inside, you will discover a welcoming and bright living space. The lounge area, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a television, benefits from a large bay window offering a beautiful view of the garden and bringing pleasant light to the whole space. The dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 4 guests for your family meals. Just next to it, the open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as everything you need to cook with ease.
On the night side, the house has 2 bedrooms located upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 2: two bunk beds (90x190)
A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the floor. An independent toilet is available on the ground floor.
An external private parking space is available within the residence.
For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine as well as a child booster seat.
