Welcome to our condo at Beaver Village unit 113.
This ground floor 1 bedroom condo is an ideal family retreat and has been renovated into a modern and comfortable mountain getaway offering guests a private patio with forest views, 2 full bathrooms with washer and dryer.
The open floor plan provides a warm and inviting space complimented with hardwood flooring throughout to encompass the living, dining and kitchen areas. Relax on the comfortable sofa to enjoy the gas fireplace, flat screen television and forest views from the sliding glass doors. You can easily access the private patio from the living room to enjoy quiet time during the morning with a cup of coffee or in the afternoon or evenings with a refreshment to take in the surrounding forest views.
The dining area will seat up to four guests with a modern wood table and bench seating. Adjacent is the modern kitchen with newer tile back splash, cabinets, stainless steel appliances and small island for meal prep.
The main hallway provides access to the second full bathroom with new tiled shower and the washer and dryer. The primary bedroom is a great spot for a restful night’s sleep on the queen-sized bed, small work station and spa themed en-suite bathroom, colorful vanity cabinet, single vanity sink and tiled shower enclosure with bench seat.

Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, private patio, washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
