About this house rental
The location is perfect for enjoying complete tranquility, and you won’t need a car. You can walk to the beach and shops. A car is only necessary if you want to visit other nearby towns.
The house features several terraces facing different directions, so you can always choose between sun or shade with total privacy. There’s a large terrace with a barbecue for outdoor dining.
Except for the ground floor, you’ll enjoy sea views from anywhere in the house and its terraces, plus a wonderful view of the Medes Islands. The property is spread over three floors. At the entrance, there’s a spacious parking area for several cars right in front of the garage. One floor up is the main entrance, with a large terrace overlooking the sea.
To the right is the kitchen area: a fully equipped kitchen with dining space and access to the large pool terrace, which also has sea views and an outdoor dining area by the pool. The pool offers a beautiful sea view.
To the left is the living room, also with sea views. Next to it is a suite (trundle bed) with a bathroom with shower. This bathroom can be used as a guest toilet by opening the door connecting the living room and suite and closing the bedroom door.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. At the top of the stairs, you’ll find a solarium terrace. The bedroom, bathroom, and solarium terrace all offer spectacular sea views.
On the ground floor, there’s another suite: a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower. This spacious room includes an alcove with a single bed. Next to the suite is the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
