Late check-out requires approval and may incur the following charges:

We do accommodate late check-ins; however, a late check-in fee of R 350 applies for arrivals between 9:00 PM and midnight.
★ No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, or at the balcony with doors open. Any evidence of indoor smoking may result in a deep-cleaning fee of R 9,400-14,000.
★ No Parties or Events
Parties, gatherings, loud music, or any form of event are strictly prohibited.
★ No Pets Allowed
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
★ Damages & Linen Care
Guests are responsible for any damages. Any broken items or linens that are permanently stained beyond cleaning will be charged according to the replacement value ranging from R 281 to R 2,340, depending on the item. A full set replacement may be required if needed.
★ For everyone’s safety and comfort, barbecuing, gas cooking, lighting fires, or preparing food is not allowed on balconies or terraces.
★ Please keep balconies tidy and uncluttered. We kindly ask that chairs, tables, and other movable items are not left outside.
★ To help keep shared spaces clean, please do not carry waste through hallways or lifts. Kindly separate recyclables such as plastic, paper, and glass, and dispose of them using the designated waste disposal system.
