About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located on the top floor (3rd floor, no elevator!) of a Wilhelminian-style apartment building. The vacation rental is beautifully finished and fully equipped. In the main room, large windows face east and west. On the east side, comfortable lounge furniture on a 2 x 4-meter balcony invites you to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun. The east-facing windows can be fully opened. From the sofa area, you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the harbor and Flensburg’s Old Town.
Attention, all cooking enthusiasts: The kitchen doesn’t just look great—it’s also a lot of fun to use! Miele and Gaggenau appliances, a plate warmer that’s also great for low-temperature cooking, a Quooker that instantly provides boiling water, ice-cold sparkling water, or ice-cold still water, and the view while cooking—all of this poses serious competition for the restaurants in Flensburg.
Bedrooms: The first bedroom has a 1.80-meter-wide double bed, and the second has a 1.60-meter-wide double bed and a small desk. Together with the bathrooms, this creates two separate bedroom-bathroom units, which are also ideal for a relaxing stay for two couples or two friends.
In winter, you’re welcome to light the wood-burning stove: With the water in front of you, a warm fire beside you, and this charming little town in the background, you’ll hardly want to leave the sofa.
We deliberately chose not to include a TV in favor of the panoramic view.

Convenient parking: You can park your car right in front of the front door.
The apartment occupies the entire top floor. You’re more than welcome to use everything. Next to the apartment in the stairwell, there’s a small storage room. Here, in the summer, you’ll find the lounge chairs for the harbor-facing balcony, as well as a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, etc. You’re also welcome to use anything you find in the kitchen cabinets.
Additional important notes: There is no elevator; the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a charming building from the Gründerzeit era (built in 1880). This predates the opulent bourgeois townhouses of the 1900s by an entire era.
Unfortunately, this meant it wasn’t possible to install an elevator.
But: Once you reach the top, every step is rewarded with a magnificent view!
