Access to the house is 100% private.PGJyPg�PGJyPgThe house is organized as such:
• First floor: for the exclusive use of the owner.
• Floor 1: 1 bedroom in 180cm, living space, kitchen, WC-laundry room (washing machine) and access to the outdoor courtyard
• Floor 2: 2 large bedrooms (beds in 160cm) including 1 with en-suite bathroom (bathtub), 1 independent bathroom (shower) with WC
• Floor 3: a dormitory - games room: 8 single beds of 80cm. The entire space is designed as a playroom, rest and reading. The windows are secured by means of grilles preventing even the little ones from passing through.
All bed linen is provided and the beds are impeccably made on arrival. The premium quality bedding will offer you restful nights after days visiting our beautiful region.

⚠️Birthdays and anniversaries are allowed after express acceptance by the owner or the Concierge. No exceptions will be tolerated. A deposit will be requested on arrival or via a secure link (bank imprint) before the stay.
We will ask you to be as respectful of the neighborhood as possible as well as to respect the surrounding calm, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.PGJyPg
