Located in the privileged surroundings of El Genovés (Valencia), this 65 m² holiday home with a 1,800 m² plot comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a double bed, a single bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and 1 bathroom. The fully equipped private kitchen includes air conditioning, TV, dishwasher, and washing machine to ensure your stay is comfortable.



Step out into the shared garden to enjoy beautiful mountain views. Relax in the shared outdoor pool (open seasonally) with an outdoor shower. Or prepare an authentic Valencian paella on the barbecue while you take in the natural setting.



You can park in one of the 3 shared parking spaces on the property. One pet is allowed. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.



The hosts live in the same building, but not on the reserved floor.



This is a perfect location to discover the historic and monumental city of Xàtiva, just five minutes away by car, birthplace of the Borgia family and famous for one of Spain’s most spectacular fortresses, the impressive Xàtiva Castle.



In just 30 minutes by car, you can relax on the beaches of Gandía or Tavernes de la Valldigna, perfect for an unforgettable getaway.



Thanks to excellent rail connections, you can visit Valencia in only 40 minutes and enjoy its heritage, cuisine, and Mediterranean atmosphere.
