Centrally located on 8 acres just off Highway 290 at the Highway 237 exit to Round Top. Perfect location for easy access from Houston or Austin. 8 miles to downtown Round Top; 2 miles to the quaint downtown activities in Burton; 14 miles on Hwy 290 to Brenham. While the home is just 400 square feet, the property allows space to truly escape and relax! The home theme is based on the infamous Percy Peacock that roams the streets of Burton!
