The accommodation
Located in the town of Appietto, less than 20 minutes from the center of Ajaccio, this recent villa offers an exceptional setting between the sea and the mountains, in the heart of a quiet and preserved environment.
The village of Appietto is renowned for its natural landscapes and Mount Gozzi, famous for its remarkable panorama of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the south shore. The start of the hikes is only 5 minutes from the property.
On the sea side, the Gulf of Lava and its authentic beach, popular with the inhabitants of the region, are a 15-minute drive away. Here you can enjoy water activities such as scuba diving, boat trips or jet-skiing, while avoiding the hustle and bustle of the busy beaches.
Access to the property is via a small private road leading to an electric gate. Located on a natural plot of nearly one hectare, the villa benefits from an environment without vis-à-vis combining olive trees, hundred-year-old trees and species typical of the Corsican maquis.
The exteriors have been carefully landscaped with a large paved granite courtyard, a lawn, green spaces and a large terrace equipped with a bioclimatic pergola.
The pool area is a real place of relaxation with its infinity salt pool, deckchairs, parasols and outdoor lounge, all with a totally unobstructed view and without any vis-à-vis. A gas plancha and a barbecue are also available.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a large, bright living room including a fitted kitchen with central island and adjoining laundry room, open to the dining area and the living room.
The sleeping area consists of three comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite with dressing room, private shower room and WC. A second large bathroom with double sink and a separate toilet complete the set.
A 50 m² secure kennel with automatic watering trough is also available to welcome your dogs in the best conditions.
