Located in the heart of Val Village — Chalet Time’s preferred neighborhood and home to our offices — this area consists of three residences built in the traditional architectural style of old Val d’Isère. Direct access to the slopes and shops, right at the foot of the residence.

Fully renovated in 2025 in a cozy mountain chalet style, the apartment is designed for 5 guests (ideal for 4), and includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and living room, and a south-facing balcony with a stunning view of the Face de Bellevarde — perfect for watching the torchlight descents from the comfort of your own space.

- Living room: Comfortable sofa, 42” TV (107 cm), non-functional fireplace
- Kitchen: Combined oven/microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, dining table
- Bedroom 1: One double bed (140x190), one elevated single bed (80x190), storage space
