Freestanding 3-bed, 3.5-bath home in Rice Military, directly across from West End Park, a small neighborhood green just west of downtown Houston. Quiet street, green view out front, about 2,700 sq ft over four levels. Sleeps 6. Around 10 minutes to downtown and 5 to Memorial Park's trails.
No shared walls, a private driveway, and a fenced backyard, which is rare for this part of Houston and ideal if you are travelling with a dog. The open-concept main floor is built for cooking and hosting, with a Bosch island kitchen and a wine fridge, plus separate living and dining space.
Each of the three bedrooms has its own en-suite bath, so groups and families are not sharing. The whole house runs on an eero mesh system, so WiFi holds a strong signal on all four floors. The fourth floor is set up as a private office, with a dedicated desk and a mini-fridge beside it, opening onto a rooftop terrace with downtown skyline views, outdoor seating, and a shade umbrella. Step away from the desk, grab a drink, and take in the skyline without leaving the top floor.
Step outside for runs in the park, walks to NettBar, food trucks and the Washington Avenue dining and bar scene. The Heights, Buffalo Bayou Park, and downtown business districts are a short drive. About 20 minutes to the Texas Medical Center and 20 to 25 to NRG Stadium.
