Step inside this stunning 5-bedroom home in New Orleans` historic Garden District. Blending classic NOLA architecture with high-end contemporary design, the space features spacious living areas and beautiful décor throughout.

With thoughtful amenities and an unbeatable location, this is the perfect home base for exploring The Big Easy with family and friends! You`ll also be next door to James Beard award winning sandwich shop `Turkey & the Wolf`. Pool House Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom One: Contains twin bunk beds.
Bedroom Two: Contains a queen bed and a twin bed.
These two rooms share a bathroom with a tub and shower combo.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:
There is free street parking generally available in the residential neighborhood around the home, but please pay close attention to all street signs to avoid tickets or towing.

Our property is located in a residential neighborhood. While it is generally quieter than the downtown areas, the sounds of the city are still present.

Our home is a historic property, and features original architectural details, which can mean creaky floors. We enforce quiet hours from 9PM to 7AM and have noise sensors inside the home to monitor for excessive volume. Please be respectful of our neighbors. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES will be tolerated, and any violations will result in termination of your reservation without a refund.

There is no smoking or vaping on the property whatsoever. This includes inside the home and in the backyard/pool area. Violations will result in a $500 cleaning fee and termination of your reservation without a refund. We’re VERY SERIOUS about this.

We unfortunately cannot offer luggage storage before or after your stay, but we recommend using Bounce, a luggage storage service, for any needs you may have.

Make yourselves at home! You will have full access to the entire home and it`s amenities.

Located in the beautiful, historic Garden District, this home sits in one of New Orleans’ most walkable, picturesque areas. You’re moments from the incredible boutiques, cafes, and restaurants on Magazine Street, and surrounded by stunning historic mansions and oak-lined streets.

Download the Jazzy App: New Orleans’ public transit is easy to use with the Le Pass app (the official RTA/Jazzy app). Download it to buy digital passes for streetcars and buses right on your phone. Choose a 1-day or multi-day Jazzy Pass for unlimited rides. When boarding, simply activate your pass and show it to the driver or conductor. Streetcars are a fun, affordable way to explore the city.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or SMOKING/VAPING ONSITE. We’re VERY serious about this. Violations will result in fines and/or eviction from the property without a refund. Our property is not baby-proofed (private pool), so please use discretion when traveling with smaller children.

New Orleans is prone to hurricanes and other storms, sometimes outside of the normal season. Please note that we do not move, cancel, or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, road conditions/closures, travel cancellations, and weather conditions. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, we HIGHLY SUGGEST that you purchase trip insurance or book closer to your travel dates.

There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details.
Please carefully read our house rules below
1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile.

2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We enforce quiet hours from 9PM to 7AM.

3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.

4. Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed on your reservation will receive 1 set of towels for their stay (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, makeup towel). We are unable to fulfill requests for additional towels during the duration of your stay. There is a washer/dryer available in the unit should you need to refresh your towels during your stay.

5. Smoking & vaping in the unit or on the patio/pool area will result in a $500 cleaning fee and termination of your reservation without refund.

6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken. As of May 2022, all OTA platforms have specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in an immediate eviction from the property.

7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.

8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels. We provide makeup removal towels for this purpose.

9. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.

10. There are no pets allowed at this property. A $250 fine will be charged for any evidence of pets.

11. After you’ve read these rules, please send me a message with the words “yellow kangaroo”. It will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.

12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.

13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space, we can assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.

14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.

15. Message us for long term stays.

16. Please ensure all bagged trash is placed in the exterior bins.

17. Our TV`s are streaming (no cable/satellite), and we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out.

19. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know the day before and we will determine if it`s possible. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge for the additional booking time. Payment will be requested through your booking platform after your additional time has been approved.

19. Lost Items: We return lost items for a $75 flat fee. This is to cover shipping costs, along with the time spent to retrieve & mail your item. If you leave anything at the unit, please let us know immediately.
