You have a private entrance with porch and seating, private bathroom, super comfy queen bed, sofa, great comfortable chairs, game/dining table, smart tv with Streaming Internet. There is a Euro-kitchen with Keurig, toaster, fridge, microwave, waters, beverages, snacks, dishes, utensils and paper products. Full and open access to the gardens, pond, fire-pit and wonderful outdoor shower under the trees. #magnoliabythebay

Guest access
Enjoy full access to the outdoor shower which is just lovely under the trees, fire-pit with Adirondack chairs, spacious screen house with wifi and electricity overlooking the fern garden with fountain. Also full use of the terrace at the pond and waterfall. Seating available throughout the gardens and a wonderful old-fashion tree swing!
We have a beach umbrella, beach chairs and some floaties and boogie boards for you! If you request beach towels, we'll have them ready for you.

We are located in a very special area of Cape May...Town Bank is our little slice of heaven....quiet, peaceful, with a free natural beach and friendly neighbors....and just 4 miles from the Washington Street Mall and all that the city of Cape May offers...but without the traffic and crowds.
We have a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker for you; however, no cooktop or oven. There are many wonderful restaurants that offer made to order meals to take out so you can enjoy al fresco dining in the screen house or picnic by the pond...that way there is no fuss for you!
