Singing Pass at Fitzsimmons Walk is a stunning year-round 4 bed 3.5 bath townhome located just a stones throw from the Whistler village. This quiet, upscale enclave sits along the Valley Trail with peaceful creek views, while Nesters Market is steps across the road and the Village Stroll is a scenic 15-minute walk — or a quick 2-minute drive — away.
**Please note the living room wood-burning fireplace is not currently functional and we hope to have it back in operation by mid-summer 2026.

LOCATION:
Situated just a stones throw from the north of the Whistler Village, the Fitzsimmon Walk complex offers unrivaled access to everything the resort has to offer: skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, Lost Lake park, shopping and dining. The quiet, creek side location provides a peaceful retreat while still being close to the vibrant village scene. Located across the road from Nester's grocery store, liquor store and local eateries and with the Whistler Village being just a 15-20 minute walk, 2 minute drive or the bus stop, a 3 minute walk away, makes trips to the ski gondolas quick and convenient.
PARKING:
Parking is provided on site for 2 vehicles in the private underground garage and there is also first-come first serve Visitor Parking available secure underground parkade (height and size restrictions may apply - the parking garage clearance is 7'1”).
ACCESSIBILITY:
Please note this multi level townhome has two sets of stairs, with no access to an elevator.
