The building has a communal shower at street level, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
The apartment has been completely renovated and includes all the amenities and safety features you need to enjoy your stay as if you were in your own home. It is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, and water heater. With a heat pump/air conditioning system, it's ideal for both summer and winter, for short or long stays, whether on vacation or working remotely, as it has everything you need, including free Wi-Fi. 2. The apartment is rented with free sheets and towels.
3. Check-in Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key collection from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM)
Check-in time: from 4:00 PM (if there are any guests checking out that day; otherwise, check-in is from 11:00 AM). Check-in before 5:00 PM may incur an additional charge.
Check-out time: no later than 11:00 AM.
4. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests may not leave trash in the apartment.
5. Please respect the community rules and neighbors.
6. Guests must present identification and sign the contract.
7. The security deposit will be processed by Apartbeach via pre-authorization of the credit card.
8. The tourist tax (€1 per person per day, maximum 7 days) will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid upon arrival at the apartment.
