Inside, the home offers a bright, open-concept layout with a relaxed coastal feel. The fully updated kitchen is a standout, showcasing gleaming quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating, and custom cabinetry—perfect for preparing meals and gathering with friends and family. The adjoining living and dining areas create a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach.
This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, featuring soft coastal colors, abundant natural light, and cozy furnishings to help you unwind after a day by the water. The spacious layout provides plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.
The bathrooms offer clean, modern finishes, including a stunning walk-in shower. Getting ready for the beach or a night out is easy and convenient.
On the ground level, guests will find a private outdoor space and patio area—perfect for rinsing off after the beach or enjoying time outdoors. Covered parking and an outdoor shower add extra convenience to your stay.

Parking: Onsite parking for 3 vehicles
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV's, Boats, Boat trailers, Mail and packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have Ring cameras on the front and rear exterior of the house.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
