Located on the first floor of a quiet private residential building, the accommodation consists of two cozy independent studios, perfect for couples, friends or families.
It is possible to book the entire structure or even a single studio apartment, according to your needs.
✨ Strategic position : in the heart of Sottomarina, a few steps from the beautiful beaches and the lively city center, full of restaurants, clubs, shops, services and summer events that enliven evenings by the sea.
The first studio apartment
Going up to the first floor, on the right, there is a bright living area with a kitchen equipped with a microwave, kettle, mocha table and chairs, ideal for relaxing breakfasts or dinners after a day at the beach.
The sleeping area offers a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe to immediately feel at home.
The private bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, bidet and toilet.
To complete the environment: TV, air conditioning and a lovely outdoor terrace where you can enjoy moments of relaxation.
The second studio apartment
On the left we find the second studio apartment, cozy and functional, designed to ensure comfort and convenience. The living area has a kitchen equipped with a microwave, kettle and mocha, as well as a table and chairs for pleasant convivial moments.
Here, too, there is air conditioning and TV, a comfortable double bed with a spacious wardrobe and a bathroom with sink, shower, bidet and toilet, enriched by a practical magnifying mirror.

House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and respect the structure, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Please respect the rest of your neighbors by avoiding annoying noises, loud music and noise, especially from 22:00 to 08:00.
No parties or events are allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment can only be occupied by registered guests at the time of booking.
It is recommended to take care of the furniture, appliances and all equipment in the accommodation.
Before going outside, make sure that lights, appliances, and stoves are turned off.
It is mandatory to carry out separate waste collection during your stay. The waste disposal bins are placed on the side of the road in the immediate vicinity of the house. We ask you to respect local guidelines for waste separation.
Do not leave waste inside the apartment at the end of your stay.
It is forbidden to move furniture and furnishings without authorization.
Any damage or malfunction must be notified to the owner promptly.
It is recommended to close doors and windows every time you leave the apartment.
Check-out must be done at the agreed time to allow cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for subsequent guests.
