About this apartment rental
Casa Bohèm is a studio of 13m², tucked into the ground floor of a building in the heart of Zandvoort, steps from the boulevard and the beach.
The space is designed to do more than it appears. A queensize bed sits beneath dark wooden ceiling beams, with warm lighting and deep red accents giving the room its character. The kitchenette is compact, with a coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, and kettle. A wardrobe keeps everything in order.
The bathroom is a standout: polished concrete walls, a wall-mounted rain shower, a vessel basin, and a sliding barn door that separates it from the main space with just a little theatre.
Outside, the boulevard is right there – and from the right angle, so is the North Sea.

## Neighborhood
Zandvoort is Amsterdam's sea escape: 30 minutes by direct train from Centraal Station, and a world away in atmosphere. The town sits between two national parks, the Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen to the north and Kennemerduinen to the south, and the beach itself stretches for 9 kilometres, carrying the Blue Flag for water quality.
The boulevard is a two-minute walk from the studio, lined with beach clubs and year-round pavilions where you can eat, drink, and watch the surfers from a terrace. In summer the beach fills up and the energy is lively. In autumn and winter the crowds thin out and the dune walks become something else entirely.
The village centre has the usual daily essentials: bakeries, supermarkets, surf shops, and a handful of good restaurants. Haarlem is 20 minutes by train. Schiphol Airport is around 45 minutes.
Circuit Zandvoort is on the edge of town, roughly 15 minutes on foot. On Formula 1 weekend the town transforms – if that is why you are coming, book well ahead.
## Transit
Zandvoort is one of the easiest beach destinations in the Netherlands to reach without a car. A direct train runs from Amsterdam Centraal to Zandvoort aan Zee in around 30 minutes, and from Haarlem in around 20 minutes. The station is a short walk from the studio. From Schiphol Airport, the journey is around 45 minutes by public transport.
If you are arriving by car, paid parking is available in the area. Zandvoort has one main road in and out, so arriving early or off-peak on busy summer weekends makes the difference.
