Sliding doors open to the Juliette balcony so on hot summery days, the apartment is kept cool and comfortable. The kitchen is a practical, well-equipped space, with a dining table and chairs for sharing meals together, and the spacious separate master bedroom has a king-sized bed, its own Smart TV, and a sofa bed for an additional guest, allowing the apartment to sleep up to three.
Outside, a beautiful communal garden sits right above Rock Walk, with benches for relaxing and soaking up the views. Ideally located for exploring the very best of Torbay, this apartment is within walking distance of Torquay's beautiful palm-lined seafront, lively promenade, and a selection of stunning beaches. A fantastic choice of restaurants lies nearby, including marina-side dining at Pier Point and fresh seafood at Rockfish on Torquay Harbour.
For those wishing to explore further afield, the towns of Kingswear, Dartmouth and Totnes offer independent shopping, riverside walks, and excellent places to enjoy lunch beside the River Dart. Nearby attractions also include Cockington Village and Country Park, located just two miles away and easily accessible on foot, while Babbacombe Downs is only a short drive away, boasting spectacular panoramic views across Lyme Bay towards Weymouth.
