A prime location in the heart of Arboletes. Bars, nightclubs, and supermarkets (D1 and Ara) are just a few steps away, yet you’ll enjoy the complete privacy and tranquility that you and your family deserve. We’re located near the police station and the main park.
LAYOUT AND COMFORT:
Our cottage is designed to make you feel right at home, with spotless and cozy spaces:
🛏️ Bedrooms and Beds:
First Floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed. In addition, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed.
Second Floor: 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a single bed; the other with a double bed.
Extra Capacity: If needed, we have 2 additional hammocks (one on each floor) to accommodate up to 10 people. Additional charges apply for lodging: $ 60.000 per additional person
🚿 Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms conveniently located on the first floor.
🍳 Kitchen and Living Areas: Fully equipped kitchen on the first floor and a cozy living room.
🌿 Outdoor Areas: Features two patios; the backyard includes a laundry area.
🚗 Parking: We have a large private parking area on the property
Pay $ 70.000, which covers the cleaning fee that is not included
