House is a studio flat with small kitchen and 2 bathroom. 3 fans, no aircon.
I stored my own stuff in the back of the closet and in the closet. You can use the rest of the house.
Price includes electric bill.
Lotus, BigC, 7-Eleven are within walking distance. In island conditions, you can reach everywhere by motorcycle in 2 minutes. We are in the middle of the main road.
You can relax in the garden with a sitting group right in front of the apartment and spend a quiet time. The area is completely quiet and away from noises such as construction. It is impossible for insect species to enter as the house is sprayed around the house. Our neighbors are very calm people, they don`t mind you partying or hanging out, and I live right next to your house, so I can soften them with love. Enjoy our sweet garden!
Our home is nestled in a peaceful, nature-filled area, offering a serene escape just a short walk from local markets and dining spots. You`ll find yourself surrounded by friendly neighbors and a welcoming Thai community, with local families living in nearby homes. The house is tucked away in a private, hidden location, giving you a sense of seclusion while still being conveniently close to everything. In fact, the entire island can be explored within a 20-minute drive from one end to the other, making it easy to access all the island`s attractions.
No Feeding the Toilet!
Please use the bathroom bin for toilet paper and other waste. If you flush them, the toilet might overflow, and no one wants a flood situation! 🤭

Ants and geckos are the real MVPs here! Let’s keep them happy and the ecosystem balanced by not feeding them. 🌿🦎
Park Like a Pro: On the Cement Area Only
Please park your motorbikes only on the cement area (the designated motorcycle zone). Our neighbor owns the land and might transform into a nighttime ninja if disturbed. 🥷
Trash Duty: The Secret Mission
Take your trash out daily to the bin across from Diamond Muaythai. The green bags are my signature here—leaving trash elsewhere will immediately give you away as my guest! 😄
Beware of the Speedy Ants!
Don’t leave food leftovers lying around. The ants here are faster than any storybook heroes and will reach your food before you can say “oops”! 🐜🚀
Party Hard but Keep it Chill
Party time is your right! Just lower the volume after 10 PM and keep the fun going without disturbing the peace. 🎉🤫
