Guest access
The entire home is yours — all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, backyard, and deck. A few housekeeping closets are locked for maintenance purposes.
Other things to note
Quiet neighborhood — Virginia Drive is a peaceful residential street. We ask that guests respect neighbors with noise levels, especially after 10pm.
Parking — Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted on Virginia Drive.
Getting around — The TART transit stop is 0.8 miles away — a quick bike ride or short walk, and the easiest way to explore the north shore without worrying about parking at the lake or resorts.
Security cameras — Two exterior cameras are in place: one at the front door and one covering the driveway and rear entrance. No interior cameras anywhere on the property.
No Pets — To maintain a clean, comfortable environment for all guests, pets are not permitted at the property. We appreciate your understanding.
