The interiors of the villa are well equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, electric oven, dishwasher and coffee maker, etc.
The mansion is fully fenced and equipped with an alarm system.

Built around an ancient Saracen trullo brought back to life and with white lime making it sparkle, the villa is built with local materials and equipped with the most modern comforts.
The large garden has a panoramic pool area, overlooking the olive groves, and embellished with outdoor sitting area, hammocks and sun loungers, and is served by a bathroom with toilet and shower.
There is also a relaxing pergola with wooden stools, veranda with sofa, and a very comfortable dining area with outdoor kitchen. Finally, a large wood-burning oven allows you to prepare bread, pizzas and excellent grills.
Villa Monticello features designer interiors under mighty barrel vaults and in local stone.
The living area is furnished with an open kitchen, dining room, sofa and fireplace.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, two of which are in the new part of the villa and have direct exit to the garden. The third bedroom is in the trullo and has an en suite shower room in a niche separated by a curtain.
In all there are 3 bathrooms: one in the new villa, one in the trullo, the third in the garden serving the outdoors.
Villa Monticello guarantees a stay in total privacy, surrounded by a private and exclusive setting: a total escape from everyday life.

Villa Monticello stands in the countryside of Carovigno, among the olive trees of the highest part of Salento, along unspoiled districts that lead straight to the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast.
The nearest beaches are those of Torre Santa Sabina, just 9 km away, while the Torre Guaceto nature reserve with its pristine waters is less than 20 km away.
The center of Carovigno is less than 3 km from the villa: there is a beautiful historic center, the medieval castle Dentice di Frasso, typical taverns and all the main services.
In the immediate vicinity you can go to discover other beautiful centers: Ostuni at 9 km, Ceglie Messapica at 15 km and Alberobello with its Unesco heritage trulli are only 42 km away.
 
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Third external service bathroom.
