The house has a comfortable double bedroom and a second bedroom with three single beds, ideal for families with children or groups of friends. The large living room represents the heart of the house, a convivial space where you can relax after a day spent between the sea and the villages of Salento, embellished with a comfortable single sofa bed that can accommodate up to six people. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher, offers everything you need to prepare and enjoy the flavors of the local tradition in total freedom, transforming every meal into a moment to share.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
