Guests have full access to the entire condo unit for the duration of their stay except the supplies closet.
I`m available via Airbnb message throughout your stay and typically respond within an hour. I respect your privacy and won`t visit the unit during your stay unless there`s an urgent maintenance need - and I`ll always give advance notice if that`s ever the case.
Please note I`m typically available from 8 am to 8 pm so in case you have any requests or concerns (anything big or small) upon check-in, I`d really appreciate if you could notify prior to 8 pm, thank you!

Uber and Lyft are commonly available in the area and are a good option for trips to the Strip, casinos, dining, shows, and nightlife.
Drive times may vary depending on traffic, weekends, holidays, and major Vegas events.

No Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors and in all non-designated areas. A $300 fee applies for any violation.
No Drugs
Drug use of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Early Check-In / Late Checkout
Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Additional fees may apply.
Late Checkout Penalty
Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Staying past checkout time without written approval will result in a $200/hour penalty.
Children and Safety
Children must be supervised at all times, especially near water. Please note there is no pool fence. Jacuzzi tubs are not recommended for children. Guests should also be mindful of household hazards such as sharp corners and wet surfaces.

This property has local compliance requirements that must be completed before check-in.

The $1,000 security hold is not a traditional charge. It is only a pending transaction on your card and is released after your stay, as long as there are no damages or rule violations.
As an optional alternative, guests may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party insurance provider.
Damage waiver cost:
• $45 for stays up to 10 nights
• Additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights

Your deposit will be fully refunded once our cleaner/property manager confirms the property was left in great condition, with no rule violations or damages.

No parties or large events unless pre-approved.
6. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the Guest (`You`) and the Host (`The Grand Homestay`) for the temporary use of the property for vacation or short-term accommodation purposes only. This is not a lease, and the Guest is not a tenant. The Host is not a landlord. The term of the agreement shall begin on the arrival date and end on the departure date for the reservation.
By booking and confirming the reservation, the Guest agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
SECTION A: GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES & HOUSE RULES
1. BOOKING & IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
A government-issued photo ID must be submitted for all adult guests within 6 hours of booking.
A photo of the guest holding their ID is required within 24 hours.
The person who books must be the one staying at the property (no third-party bookings).
All visitors must be pre-approved in writing at least 24 hours before arrival.
2. PAYMENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $1000 refundable security deposit is required.
It will be returned within 48 hours of check-out, provided no damage, theft, or violations occur.
3. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Standard check-in and check-out times are communicated in your reservation.
Late check-out requires 48 hours’ notice and host approval (fees apply).
Unauthorized late check-outs may incur penalties up to $500.
Overstays or entry after checkout time may result in removal from the property.
4. PARTIES & EVENTS
Parties, events, or gatherings over 15 people are not allowed without written host approval (including number of guests, cars, etc.).
Evidence of unapproved gatherings may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
5. QUIET HOURS
Weekdays: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Weekends: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior at any time.
6. SMOKING, VAPING & DRUG USE
No smoking or vaping indoors. Use is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
No drug use (including recreational marijuana or illegal substances) is permitted.
$300 penalty for evidence of indoor smoking/vaping or use in non-designated areas.
7. CLEANLINESS
Guests are expected to leave the property tidy.
Excessive mess will incur additional cleaning fees.
Trash must be sorted and disposed of in designated bins according to provided instructions.
8. PROPERTY RESPECT & DAMAGE
Do not move, remove, or damage furniture or items.
All items (excluding consumables) are the homeowner’s property and must remain onsite.
Missing or damaged items will be charged, with lost remotes or keys incurring $150 per item.
Theft will be reported to authorities
