French doors lead outside, where the patio and yard wait just steps away for lingering over a meal or an unhurried afternoon.



A queen bedroom on the first floor offers a private retreat, convenient for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs, a second queen bedroom feels open and airy beneath its pitched ceiling, while the third bedroom’s twin bunks bring a touch of coastal charm for younger guests or friends. Soft light and thoughtful details tie each room into the home’s relaxed, coastal character.



Sheltered by greenery, the fenced yard feels like a private garden. With most streets limited to 25 mph, the island maintains a calm, family-friendly atmosphere that encourages unhurried exploration. Its intimate size makes it easy to navigate, offering a quiet rhythm that reflects the essence of seaside New England.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.
