About this house rental
Cocoonr agency in Solliès-Toucas offers this charming 35 m² air-conditioned wooden cottage for rent in a residence with swimming pool and sauna. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 15 m² living room with double sofa bed (sleeps two), TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside:
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
Communal areas:
- A shared, unheated outdoor swimming pool, open from 10am to 8pm from 1ᵉʳ April to 31 October (weather permitting) and secured by a fence.
- A 250 m² wellness area (sauna, steam room) open from June to September. Access to this wellness area is not included in the cottage rental.
- A children's playground and boules area.
- A snack bar offering fast food, available from May to September.
The cottage is ideally located in Solliès-Toucas, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Hiking in the Vallée du Gapeau
- Siou-Blanc plateau
- Bormes-les-Mimosas
- Toulon, with its port, markets and Mont Faron cable car
- Le Lavandou and La Londe-les-Maures for a day by the sea
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private, numbered parking space.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Solliès-Pont, about 3 km away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, about 25 km away
