About this apartment rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 25 m² air-conditioned studio apartment for rent in La Londe-les-Maures, 300 m from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It sleeps up to 2 people.
Located on the ground floor, the studio is made up as follows:
- 22 m² living room with TV, dining area and sleeping area with double sofa bed
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bathroom (with bath) and WC
Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, fan, iron.
Outside :
- A secure, shared 4x10 m swimming pool (2 pools). Heated and open from April to early October.
- A south-east-facing balcony (approx. 5 m²) with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The studio is ideally located in La Londe-les-Maures, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Argentière beach: swimming and relaxation
- Sentier du littoral (coastal path): walks with sea views
- Porquerolles: day trip by boat
- Paddle or kayak: discover the coast
- La Londe vineyards: local wine tasting
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. Free parking is also available.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station and airport: Hyères, about 13 km away.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
