Summary:
This guest home has been set up with one queen bed, a large dresser, love seat coffee table and deck, kitchen, microwave, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heater, and closet. I am constantly asked for a lower price or to book off Airbnb. Please know that if this is your intention then I am not the person for you. I try very hard to keep our prices as low as possible and Airbnb provides a comfortable travel platform for hosts and guest. hope you understand.
Guest Access:
you are welcome to use the backyard and laundry room just be sure to clean up after yourself. the left driveway is reserved for one car. please do not park on the right.
The Neighborhood:
located in the historical wood street neighbor of Riverside CA. This is a wonderful neighborhood for walks or bike rides.
Interaction with Guests:
I do not live in the front house but if you need to contact me I can be reached through Airbnb, by phone or text.
