Edgewater Cottage is located in a quiet, close-knit waterfront community — a classic Upper Cape neighborhood that mixes summer cottages with year-round homes. Kids can safely bike or scooter around the circle without worry, and the cheerful ice cream truck makes regular visits in the summer. The area is perfect for peaceful walks and long bike rides along the river. Located in the Upper Cape, this quiet residential area gives you the best of both worlds: a relaxed, off-the-beaten-path feel with easy access to Cape Cod’s beaches, towns, and attractions without ever needing to cross the Cape Cod Canal or fight heavy summer traffic. Whether you’re watching the boats and wildlife on the river or heading out for a day at the beach, you’ll love the convenient yet tranquil setting.

Edgewater Cottage is conveniently located in a quiet waterfront neighborhood in Wareham, right in the Upper Cape. The property offers private parking for up to 2 or 3 vehicles. There is no street parking.

You’re ideally situated to explore all of Cape Cod without the hassle of crossing the Cape Cod Canal bridges during peak summer traffic.
