The 35 m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern building with an elevator and is therefore barrier-free. It has a sleeping area for two guests, a living room with a sofa corner and dining table, and a private terrace for relaxing.

The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, and spices. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, towels, and bathrobes. Central heating ensures comfort.

For families, there is a cot, high chair, and children's toilet seat. Entertainment is provided by a TV, hi-fi system, books, games, and free Wi-Fi.
