Located in the prestigious "Haeundae Hillstate We've" complex, this spacious home is fully optimized for families, groups, and long-term travelers.

The apartment features multiple comfortable beds (perfect for up to 6 guests), a fully equipped kitchen with a capsule coffee machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and spotlessly clean bathrooms. You can genuinely move in with just your suitcases. The building complex also includes a convenient mart, cafes, and a bakery on the ground floor.

- Haeundae Beach, Mipo-jib, and Dalmaji-gil are all within a 10-minute walk.
- The subway station is a quick 5-minute bus ride from the stop right outside the complex.
- Free parking is available for up to 2 cars. (Please ensure you enter through the "Visitor Gate / Red Line" next to the police station at the main entrance).
- Due to the scenic hillside location, we highly recommend taking a taxi or car upon your first arrival if you have heavy luggage.

To ensure a peaceful residential environment for our neighbors, we kindly ask our guests to follow these respectful guidelines:
1. Please keep noise to a absolute minimum in shared areas (hallways, elevators) and during nighttime hours.
2. If any resident or security asks about your purpose in the building, please simply reply: "I am a resident" or "I am staying at a friend's place" to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.
3. If unannounced visitors (maintenance, inspections) knock or ring the interphone, please do not open the door and contact the host immediately.
4. Strictly no smoking inside the property, and no unregistered outside guests are allowed to stay.
