A private Hill Country retreat featuring three distinct stays: The Farmhaus, The Roost, and The Hummingbird. The Farmhaus offers 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, sleeping up to 10 guests. The Roost includes 3 bedrooms, 3 beds plus a futon, sleeping up to 8 guests. The Hummingbird is a cozy 1-bedroom retreat for 2 guests. All king beds feature Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Ideal for groups, families, and retreats with space to gather or spread out across the property.
Remember the owners live on the property. Early check in/late check out if available for a fee.

There is a $100 pet fee. Max 2 pets.

If you use it, take care of it. If you break it, fix it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

Please ensure you understand the following about the hot tub:
1. If hot tub cover is left off (overnight or for an extended period) the temperature drops dramatically. If hot tub cannot reach 102 by the time the next guest checks in you will be charged a $250 fine.
2. No glass/food/lotions in the hot tub.
3. Add 1 scoop of chemicals after use (located in exterior closet).
