3 comfortable bedrooms with a 160×200cm double bed and 4 80×200cm single beds that can be pushed together in pairs to form 2 160×200cm double beds to sleep 6 people.
In order to prepare the rooms according to your needs, you will need to specify the desired configuration before your arrival.
The terrace is a real extension of the living space, where you can enjoy the garden furniture for outdoor aperitifs. The table and chairs invite you to convivial meals with an electric plancha for your grills.
The presence of 3 sun loungers will allow you to enjoy the sun.
The price includes:
sheets with the beds made on arrival, as well as bath towels and towels to be used only in the bathroom.
A travel cot and a high chair for babies can be made available on request when making your reservation.

- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (80x200cm) with the possibility of joining them together to make a bed in 160x200cm on request when you book, wardrobe and storage.
- Bathroom with bath/shower, 2 sinks and a towel radiator.

A fully fenced garden with terrace, 1 table, 1 bench (2 people) and 4 chairs.

We do not accept our animal friends.
No smoking and vaping inside the accommodation.
Charging electric cars is not allowed in the house or on outdoor facilities.
The garden will be maintained once a week by us, in order to keep the exteriors well maintained, always making sure to fully respect your tranquility and privacy.
You will be asked to return the accommodation clean as it was on arrival.
Departure instructions:
In order to preserve the quality of the accommodation for the following guests, we ask that you clean it and leave it clean as when you arrived. The fridge and freezer must be empty and cleaned. The bin emptied and clean.
The dishes must be washed and put away.
Bed linen (duvet cover, sheets, and pillows) must be removed and folded and placed in the bathtub.
In case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee of €250 will be applied.
