Ramdas Villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across two levels.
Ground floor: bright living room with Smart TV and Netflix, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, cookware, and dining essentials), 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, and 2 modern bathrooms.
Second floor: grand master bedroom with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, peaceful jungle views, and a private sunset balcony.
Outdoor: private swimming pool, sunbeds, terrace, fenced tropical garden, outdoor dining and lounge furniture, and covered private parking.
We can arrange airport transfers, car or scooter rental, in-villa massage, private yoga, personal training, and laundry service on request. We are also happy to share local tips for beaches, restaurants, and activities around Koh Samui.

Maximum occupancy: 8 registered guests.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Outside visitors require prior approval.
PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT
No parties or events.
No loud music.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Please respect our residential neighbourhood at all times.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking and vaping are permitted in the designated outdoor parking area only.
Strictly no smoking indoors, on the balcony, or near the pool.
No cannabis or marijuana use on the property.
SAFETY
Children must be supervised around the pool and in the garden at all times.
Please ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa.
FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Security deposit: 10,000 THB collected at check-in, refunded after inspection.
Electricity: Metered at 8 THB per kWh, settled before departure based on meter readings.
PROPERTY CARE
Please use the designated bins for all trash and sanitary items — do not flush.
Report any damages or issues immediately.
Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning needs. Charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
NOT PERMITTED
No pets.
No illegal activities.
No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval.
RULE VIOLATIONS
Violation of house rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund, in accordance with Airbnb policy.
