The entire home is yours. Guests enjoy full private access to all three levels, including the main living areas, all bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the rooftop deck (see rooftop waiver details). The property features self check-in through a secure keypad entry system — no keys, no waiting, no coordination required. Your door code and full check-in instructions will be sent via Vrbo messaging before your arrival date. The alarm system code is the same as your door code and will be included in your welcome message.

By completing your booking and checking into this property, you and all members of your party acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by our full House Rules and Rooftop Deck Policy. No signature is required — your check-in serves as your agreement.

Our full Guest Welcome Guide — including all house rules, rooftop guidelines, fee schedule, safety information, and our curated Atlanta neighborhood guide — will be sent to you via Vrbo messaging immediately after your reservation is confirmed. Please read it before you arrive.
