Unlike many Myrtle Beach resorts that offer studio layouts, this is a true one-bedroom condo featuring a private bedroom and separate living area, providing extra space and privacy for couples, families, and friends.
The spacious king bedroom offers a comfortable retreat after a day at the beach, complete with convenient bedside charging stations and plenty of room to unwind.
The bright, open living area includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a dining table for four. Need additional sleeping space? The dining area converts into a queen Murphy bed with a real mattress, providing a much more comfortable experience than a traditional pull-out sofa.

Parking: Free parking for one vehicle is included. Additional vehicles must utilize public parking options at their own expense.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the stay.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $1,000 remediation fee will apply if evidence of smoking is found after checkout.
Pets: Per HOA regulations, pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome. Please notify us before arrival so building staff can be informed.
What’s Included
We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter supply of essentials including toiletries, coffee, paper products, dish soap, laundry detergent, kitchen basics, and other convenience items. Guests planning extended stays may wish to bring additional supplies.
Please note that beach towels are not provided.

The property is perfect for our maximum of 4 guests. All guests should be registered with us during the booking process.
Please note that Myrtle Beach has two Spring Bike (motorcycle) Weeks. One is the 2nd week of May (May 8-16, 2027), the other is over Memorial Day Weekend. There is also a Fall Bike Week that is typically the first weekend of October. Our condo resort is Bike friendly and parking for trailers is available on a first come first served basis by checking with the front desk. Visitors and crowds may be larger during these events. Noise levels may also increase during the Bike Weeks.
