About this house rental
Beautiful new East Hampton home with heated pool and grill. 4 bedroom 3 bath house is perfect for families and groups. We have 3 WFH set ups.
Pool is open 5/15 to 9/30. Our home is a 5 min drive to bay beaches and 15 min to ocean beaches. The house has central AC/heating, high-speed WiFi, WFH desks, and fully stocked kitchen. RR #: 21-807
The space
The living room flows into a family room stocked with board games and a large screen smart TV in an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room seats 6 comfortably on an extendable dining table. Enjoy a BBQ with the outdoor grill and outdoor dining set or lounge by the pool. There are 3 WFH set ups (desk and chair) in bedroom 1 and 3 and in the finished basement (not pictured) for your convenience.

Please note that there is a video doorbell for home protection and security.

1. No parties or smoking
2. No pets without prior request and approval
4. Maximum 8 guests and guests agree to provide accurate information of the complete party
5. Children must be supervised while using the pool at all times
6. Guests agree to leave the home in the same condition provided. In the event of any damage, Guests agree to inform the Host.
