Welcome to The Big Value Backyard Retreat, a centrally located Oklahoma City duplex designed to combine comfort, space, and affordability. Recently remodeled with a modern, neutral design, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers a semi-open floor plan and thoughtful touches that make it easy to relax and feel at home.
Whether you're visiting family, traveling for work, or planning a weekend getaway, this home provides the space and convenience you need.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests, making it ideal for families, small groups, or business travelers.
What You'll Enjoy
• Semi-open living layout connecting the living, dining, and kitchen spaces
• Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, and utensils for home-cooked meals
• Two full bathrooms upstairs + convenient half bath downstairs
• Comfortable living area with modern décor and relaxing neutral tones
• Private fenced backyard — great for pets, kids, or enjoying morning coffee outdoors
The backyard is one of the home's best features. In a central city location, having private outdoor space is a rare bonus. It’s perfect for letting pets roam, giving kids room to play, or simply relaxing after a day exploring Oklahoma City.
The house is a duplex. You will have access to the entire south unit. Guests will have access to 1 side of the duplex
Please be aware of the following potential fees:
- A separate refundable security deposit may be required before check-in.
- There is an additional fee PER PET.
- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.
- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30.
- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.
- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property to detect unauthorized parties. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. If you have infants or kids and worry about the noise monitor, just let us know ahead of time!
- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.
- The booking platform automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.
Please note: We may require a separate, refundable security deposit before check-in. If one applies to your stay, we'll send the amount and instructions after booking, and it's fully refunded after checkout as long as there's no damage or house-rule violation.
⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: A refundable security deposit is required and is collected separately, AFTER your reservation is confirmed on the booking platform. It is NOT included in the total you pay at booking. We will send deposit instructions after you book, and it must be completed before check-in.
