The main home features a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances and essentials needed to prepare meals effortlessly. Start your morning at our dedicated coffee station featuring a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary regular and decaf K-cups, plus cream and sugar. The dining areas provide plenty of space for the whole group to eat comfortably, and the detached casita features its own convenient kitchenette for quick snacks and drinks.

This property offers an excellent layout with great separation of space between the main house and the detached casita.

HOUSE POLICIES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
GUEST ACCESS AND GUIDEBOOK
Guests have private access to the entire property, including the detached casita. A digital property guidebook and entry access codes will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in to ensure a smooth arrival.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Check-out by 10:00 AM
QUIET HOURS
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please be respectful of the surrounding neighborhood
SMOKING
• Smoking is not permitted inside the home
• A $500 fee will apply if smoke, odor, or physical evidence of smoking (such as ash, debris, or paraphernalia) is detected indoors
• Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only
PET POLICY
• We do not allow pets at this property as the homeowners are allergic to pets. If an unauthorized pet is found on property, a $500 fee will apply.
AGE POLICY
• Primary booker must be at least 25 years old with valid government ID.
• A responsible adult must be present throughout the stay.
SPA HEATING
• Spa Heat: Available for $45 per day. Standard usage hours are 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, but we can be flexible on hours upon request.
• Equipment: Tampering with pool/spa equipment is strictly prohibited; a $250 fee will apply to any interference.
