About this apartment rental
The “Lighthouse Norderney” was completed in 2021 and is newly furnished.
It is centrally located in downtown Norderney, near the Klamottendenkmal. Shops, restaurants, and cozy cafés are just a few
minutes’ walk away. And the popular North Beach is just a stone’s throw away!
Our “Lighthouse 2” is a bright, welcoming apartment with real wood parquet flooring, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped built-in kitchen, and
access to two balconies. You can reach the larger “sun balcony” from the living-bedroom with its integrated built-in kitchen.
The cozy sofa (180 cm) can be unfolded in just a few simple steps to become a full-size bed (with a slatted frame and mattress). The dining area and kitchen-diner are perfect for relaxing evenings.
The swivel-mounted smart TV can be easily adjusted to the desired position. The separate bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) offers
plenty of storage space and a second TV, as well as access to the second balcony overlooking the courtyard, which features additional seating.
The shower room is equipped with a floor-level shower pan. The building offers storage space for bicycles and Wi-Fi.
Strollers can be stored safely and out of the rain in the stairwell.
