Welcome to Wildfield House, an upscale Catskills retreat on 2+ private acres in Saugerties, NY. This modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home was designed for the trip where everyone gets what they want: parents get a stylish, grown-up escape, kids get spaces built just for them, and everyone gets the pool.
THE OUTDOORS
The brand new pool (summer 2026) is the centerpiece — a sparkling saltwater pool, perfect for full afternoons in the sun. When the air cools, slide into the hot tub or gather around the outdoor stone fireplace under the stars. Multiple patios give you options for morning coffee, golden-hour drinks, and alfresco dinners off the BBQ. Kids burn off energy on the outdoor playground while you actually finish a conversation. And with more than two acres of private greenspace, there's room to run, play, and breathe.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
The main level is open and bright, anchored by a chef's kitchen equipped for real cooking — not just reheating — and a dining space made for long, lingering meals. Three comfortable bedrooms include a dedicated kids' room the little ones will love, and the primary suite is a true retreat at the end of a full day outside. Bathrooms are modern and spotless throughout.
Downstairs, the finished basement game lounge is the house favorite: arcade games and plenty of room to sprawl out for movie nights, rainy days, and "five more minutes" that turn into an hour. There's also a children's area, so the toys have a home and the living room stays yours.
Need to sneak in some work? A dedicated office with dual monitors and fast Wi-Fi throughout means you can take the Monday call and still make it to the pool by noon.
