About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 70 m² house in Pénestin, 100 m from Poudrantais beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises a lovely 16 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 450 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 16 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room (with shower and WC)
First floor:
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with two double beds (140×190), adjoining another bedroom
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.
Outside :
- A beautiful 450 m² enclosed and private garden, east-facing and not overlooked.
- A south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Pénestin, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Just 100 metres from Poudrantais beach
- Pénestin Nautical Centre on the beach: lessons and hire of nautical equipment (catamarans, kayaks, paddles, wings, etc.)
- Direct access to the coastal path for great seaside walks
- Numerous footpaths, cycle paths and mountain bike trails to discover the region
- Less than 5 minutes away by bike: sports area with multi-sports pitches, skate park, city stadium, tennis courts and fitness trail
- Large market in Pénestin
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 3 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train stations: Pornichet and Vannes, about 30 minutes by car.
- Access by bus
