The “de Breker” (The Wave) apartment is located in a new building completed in 2018.
It stands out for its clean-lined and modern design. The living area has been furnished with attention to detail, and the kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances. The balcony faces the quiet inner courtyard and offers plenty of space for breakfast together. Both bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds and ample storage space; one also features an additional TV. The bathroom features both a floor-to-ceiling shower and a bathtub. In the basement, a washer and dryer are available for your use, and you can safely store strollers or bicycles. The apartment is located on Damenpfad. In the past, ladies were driven there in their beach carriages to go swimming at the beach—which also illustrates how close the apartment is to the beach—it’s just 70 meters to the North Sea. You can also reach the town center, with its restaurants, shops, and shopping options, just as quickly. Dogs are welcome!

We would like to inform you that construction work may currently be taking place in the immediate vicinity of the de Breker property, which may cause noise at times.
Please also note that the official construction season on Norderney runs from October through May. During this time, modernization and maintenance work is regularly carried out on the island to beautify and improve the infrastructure.
Construction work generally takes place on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Work generally does not take place on weekends or holidays.
We know how important peace and relaxation are on vacation. That is why we would like to inform you well in advance so that you can plan accordingly.
